I would suggest in your scenario: hey, BP! Invest 15 million in open share purchases and watch your investment become billions as we work together to sell/market this blockbuster drug! Win win for you BP...since our share price is so artificially deflated at this point! Which I assume none of you BPs had any hand in.....you could basically pay for the drugs with your tiny investment upfront. ;).
