I'd rather they spend any available cash they have on day to day operations and the needs they have to build a company.

Not on a couple million shares for a short term remedy to the price decrease.

How do you know their not? How do you know whether the Investment Banker Tom G Hired who is Negotiating these deals is not slowly accumulating? You don't know! Your just assuming their not. And they are still pink and don't have to report insider transactions yet until they get back on the OTCBB.
