On the assumption you receive 1 shares for 500 shares EPGL. As the deals was 5B shares EPGL = 10M shares Inwith.
They should now give 1 share for 50 shares EPGL to keep the same equity %.

Otherwise you are getting diluted 1:10... so the same as if EPGL was rising the AS from 5B to 50B.
