Tim Howard's comments about draw timing

I expect the draw to happen on the last day of the quarter, March 31. Same as all the NWS dividends.

The draw will happen or else mandatory receivership will trigger in mid-April.

$6B in combined capital is so small compared to what FnF need to be considered fully capitalized ($100-150B according to Watt and Tim Howard, $250B for the 5% Pollock and others call for) that I don't see it having much effect on the stock price. After all, commons were above $3 in late 2017 when there was only $600M in capital.
