The Securities Purchase Agreement (SPA) was contracted on May 31, 2017. The amendments disclosed in the last 8-K include and pertain to Section 2.3(a) of the SPA whereby 120 days is formally replaced with 300 days. 300 days after May 31, 2017 is the end of this month, March 2018.
