YES THEY WILL BE!. BUT IT WILL BE BECAUSE OF THE CEO'S MAJOR PUMPING PLAY THAT'S STARTED THE LAST FEW DAYS.. HE WILL GO INTO OVERDRIVE WITH TWEETING GREAT DEALS AND REVENUE..SADLY ITS JUST A HUGE PUMP..BUT MANY WILL BECOME NEW STUCKHOLDERS AND OTHERS WILL DIG THEMSELVES IN DEEPER.. AMAZINGLY STEVEO COULD CLEAR IT ALL UP BY TELLING THE TRUTH AND PRESENTING THE DOCUMENTATION... SIMPLE.. IMO

There were 5 PR,s in January & February plus a number of Tweets to inform the Shareholders as to what the CEO was doing to move the Company forward and its hard to find another Penny Stock CEO that will put out a PR once every 3 months to inform the shareholders and thats a well known Fact on the OTC and why ONCI has 995 Board Followers IMO. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ONCI/news

$ ONCI. The Boards will probably be very busy this weekend leading up to the Earnings Report and probably a Shareholder Update on Monday are Tuesday before the Report IMO. There has been alot to update since Feb 5th and alot of New Revenue thats come in since the last Report IMO.
