Please correct me if I'm wrong about this, I only got involved about a month ago. I certainly see that we're not alone in using placental stem cells to create great new drugs, but I believe we're currently the most advanced.

While I'm speaking of Phase 3 Trials, which are year's ahead of those doing Phase 1 Trial, I'm also speaking about something I believe is even more important, production. I'm not suggesting that their is no other way they can ramp up production, but rather wish to suggest that as their drugs prove viable and they need capacity, it might be smarter for them to pay to use our wheel, rather than inventing a new wheel of their own.

Wouldn't it be nice if at absolutely no cost to PSTI they profited from the drugs created by their competitors.

I'm not saying this will be the case, just looking at possibilities. I believe we'll be first to the market with the technology, but we'll also be the leader in production of drugs which utilize it.

I would suspect that at some point an attempt will either be made at a buyout or buy in by one of the big Pharma's. I would prefer the company remain a separate entity by permitting a partnership where the partner takes a substantial equity position, a buy in. I believe trading independently investors do better than if rolled into a big Pharma. The partner in this case has a great deal of control if they own say 25% of the company. First they get one or more seats on the board, but also in any shareholder election they're almost impossible to defeat.

I believe it's only a matter of time as drugs approach approval that such an offer comes in. Whether hostile or friendly such an offer will greatly boost the share price. I could be wrong, but I believe that with approval the company will need the support that such a partnership can bring. If they go it alone, sales growth will probably suffer because of a lack of a network to get the job done.

"Jokes"

Very inappropriate to refer to fellow posters as "jokes" (they actually do
produce comprehensible posts, a major advantage!!!).

So... I slogged thru your opus, it was hard and punishing but
I will try to respond to one thing you said (many times actually!!):

I'm truly NOT ok with it

"it" in this case the fact that

No we are not alone on anything

voova thinks that that's ok, so do I!

In fact I think it's better than OK, it's GREAT!!!

Let's see if we can try to understand this. The technology that Pluristem
is instantiating is the result of decades of advances in understanding a
multiplicity of vitally important mechanisms in genetics, immunology, cell biology
and others areas. This achievement is the result of hundreds of great
academic, medical and scientific institutions and brilliant workers in
their respective fields. These people are smart, ambitious and many
are also entrepreneurial.

As a result of the above, specific, useful applications are coming online,
not at one, but many new biotechs, making use of the new knowledge.

It is precisely the fact that there is a consensus among those who are working
on these implementations, even though they are on the leading edge, that we
can have high confidence that it will probably work. In other words, there are
others who are investing time, money and reputations in bringing new therapies
to patients. THIS IS GOOD!!!

Unhappily, the human body is subject to many maladies, and these very new
approaches (esp. immuno-therapies, such as CAR-T, and stem cells such
as Pluristem) have a broad range of diseases to attack. This will be done by
a multitude of biotechs and BPs, there's plenty to do for many.

The bottom line is that Pluristem is not going to be "crushed" by anyone, but
will be one of a number of success stories.

I've said this many times, Pluristem is in a space, along with others that is both
avant-garde, and yet solidly in the middle of the most exciting new medical
frontier.

So yes, it's OK with me!!!!!!!!
