Which is exactly what is going to happen. That should have been clear a long time ago, but it is absolutely crystal clear now.
The few assets of the Company are being sold for very little, and creditors will receive a small portion of what they are owed. By law, common shareholders are dead last in order for assets. They only get what is left over after all the classes in front of them receive 100% of what they are owed. And in this case, creditors will be very far from receiving everything they are owed. That is a big reason why Rock Creek is in Chapter 7 bankruptcy - there was no chance of recouping anywhere close to what they owe.
Common shareholders will be wiped out.
