Yep, they flat out stated that they anticipate launching Phase III Studies on their Regabatin candidate in the back half of this year...so to do so they 1st need to secure a partner. But sure enough even though they give us such a bold statement we're still waiting for a potential Regabatin partner to be announced/secured!
As for the oral and nasal studies on their Oxy NDA Candidate they could launch those themselves with the monies raised from last autumns offering. But if they're not gonna bother informing the market/telling us that they have now in fact launched those studies on the heels of last months FDA protocol meeting...then once again there's no reason for any anticipation to begin being built into market that said studies would only take 6 months right!
I mean how is the market supposed to get excited again if IPCI mgmt. wont bother informing us when they actually launch things right sigh!
