That's a potentially large draw, down the road. One of the big advantages of retirement living in Mexico is the low cost and easy access to prescription meds, as well as less-stringent regulation on a number of fronts. At a minimum, the rich Yankees, Euros and Asians who we want to attract are going to be concerned about access to medical care. But leveraging Mexico's relatively inexpensive cost of treatment and availability would be a powerful long-term additional revenue stream, as well as a powerful attractor.
