Agreed, I mean they even took the time to finally acknowledge that the FDA did in fact grant them their protocol visit on their Oxy NDA candidate...but failed to even inform us or the market if they have in fact launched the CAT 2 & 3 HAP studies on oral and nasal!!!

I mean how stupid can they be to not bother informing us of that highly relevant detail so we can even begin to speculate that said studies may only take 6 months right!
