I disagree

a GS degree usually means you are very bright and have huge power

at same time - GS does have an old fashioned Republican view toward GOV actions - Eisenhower and Daddy Bush like --- that the rich need to be a good steward of the economy for ALL (and it does not hurt that being good to all is best for those in the top 1/2 of 1%)
