Goldberg fabricates fairytales. In fact he also said many things that were lies, i.e., the OS is 5.3B, That was False by over 267,000,000.

Also no more toxic dilution... and of course the very next day (and several days since) there were shares dumped from block positions.

Why would anyone believe anything he says?
