The majority shareholders just dump their shares off, then reup their shares through fake debt to themselves.
I use to work for them, they are scammers. Unless you have inside knowledge, you are most likely going to lose money.
They are in the business of selling shares, it's how they make their living. They tried being a real business, but they are too flaky and in the end they didn't even pay their employees.
