Not True! Adage is calculating in how they do business. They believe in the science too in my opinion but 1st and foremost they have one agenda and that's to make money for the clients they have. Your not getting the point here. Adage doesnt have the power to stop Advaxis's ability to prove out the science and the continual sucsessses of on going trials! Which is why they invested here in the 1st place! They just took advantage of what was afforded them when they invested in Advaxis. Auduro's IPO took ADXS's share price up when they became public allowing certain Hedge Funds to take full advantage of the run up. It's not a conspiracy from Adage it's business. Plain and simple. To think that professional Hedge Funds wouldn't take advantage of the situation that was available is crazy ? Of course I could be wrong but I couldn't imagine that they would pass up the opportunity to make mad money so quick and easy! I've been here for years and have seen many things with ADXS and management has definitely lacked a clear vision on how best to capitalize on the money that was raised after the R/S , but they have been out maneuverd on every move they tried to make. I know when Dan got let go Adage sold over 1,000,000 of the shares they had in there possession. Go back and look. I'm thinking they weren't too happy for whatever reason and now here we sit! Management has not done it's job of being a very good steward of our investment! I would be very surprised if "short" numbers haven't dropped dramatically. It will be very interesting to see who our new investors are after they make it public. I don't think we will ever know the truth behind this collapse of our share price in the last few months but I'm not Naieve enough to believe it wasn't so certain Funds could cover the short positions they held. Time will tell once short numbers come out! Won't be long now. Just my .02 cents worth. Hopefully they help us go the other way now if not we will still have a climb back up the mountain until our Lm Platform is proven by EMA approval. Good Luck Simple! We're in for a battle until we get more cash on hand. We need our NEO trial to start so Amgen can make a milestone payment!
