Absolutely. 4 of the 9 epacadostat responders were PD-L1 negative. But I didn't try to dive into this because I don't know if they were treatment naive or second line. At that point, I don't know if first line PD-L1- is a harder group than second line PD-L1+ etc... so hard for me to make a useful comparison.

But at this point I'm very skeptical about open label PD-L1 testing results. There can be a fair amount of subjectivity in the test if not done rigourously.
