A/S means Authorized Shares and O/S means Outstanding Shares and R/S means Reverse Split

The company can't issue more shares then the A/S unless they raise the A/S... for example here the company wants to raise the A/S from 500M to 2B

The company can R/S your shares so for example they do a 1 for 30 R/S... you used to have 30 shares and now you have 1 share
