I wasn't really sure about Walker but if they did purchase N-Viro® It might of been just the technology and not the company.

NVIC subsidiary Florida N-Viro Management LLC if I'm not mistaken is gone as well.

Brian Wheeler reported that Florida N-Viro LP (N-Viro), the biosolids processing contractor for the Authority, had communicated to TWA staff that the company would not be be able to provide the contracted services after January 13, 2014 because their supplier of fly ash, a
critical component used in the treatment process, would no longer be able to provide the material. Staff investigation of the status of the N-Viro company indicates that the company is having some problems that may inhibit its ability to meet its contract obligations in the future
