The link worked - it assUmes that plaque is necessary for Alzheimer's diagnosis. There is no agreement in the medical profession on this criteria.

Now, if "Alzheimer's" turns out do be a hand full of different CNS diseases which may or may not have plaque accumulation, would helping ALL of those previously diagnosed or "miss diagnosed" be a good thing?
