It’s because unlike other joke OTC companies, they usually only release information which plans are already set in stone. I wouldn’t be surprised if they already have many other items in the works that they haven’t divulged yet. A few ideas from the top of my head:
-share buy back -uplist -other contracts -new subdivision developments -dividends -panama city house
