Here's another angle. Anyone here familiar with how oil and gas leases work. They pay you an upfront amount per acre for permission and then a percentage of the royalties. This is how this technology needs to be marketed. Electricity is a commodity and BEI would basically be mining electricity without disturbing the land so to speak. It's very realistic that they could lease out an electrical line for mining purposes.
