You all make it hard to choose which argument holds the most promise as there are very real possibilities on both sides. Seems painfully obvious there is a hostile takeover in progress and also seems plain as day that there isn’t one. Unfortunately my current work schedule doesn’t afford me the time to go elbows deep in my own research and filing translation. I am limited to quick glances and reading posts from a select few that seem at least of sound mind.

Completing a R/S absolutely would thwart a hostile take over. As soon as all the issued and outstanding shares are cut by a 350/1 or 500/1 ratio, all investors are going to be wiped out...and DCTH will graciously issue another couple hundred thousand so no entity would have a majority stake. Heck.....they are even stating in their filings they need to do a R/S and share increase to stave off "any attemp" at a hostile take over.
Not sure why you are saying a R/S wouldn't thwart a Take-over? DCTH even said it would in their filings???

Also, I doubt they send out any voting materials either? I know I haven't received any yet? Has anyone else? The reason I believe they won't is because it will make the abstain votes that much easier to mark in favor of the R/S. any votes not received automatically get counted as yes votes....
Everyone will need to print out the voters cards from the filing and send them in...SIMPSON is pretty slick! She knows what is up, and by not helping shareholders to vote, she is basically guaranteeing her yes vote to R/S and conduct an increase.
Shady at best, but I'll do my part and have 1.4 M votes for not doing a R/S. I for one would rather get an offer from someone buying me out of my position than to endure the complete loss of my investment. Simpson is not deserving. She needs to be way more clear with intentions and future outlook of this company. I believe in the product, and I am all for cancer treatments, but have lost all faith in this BOD. They need to be way more clear, and provide some guidance, valuations, enrollment updates, and prospective dates...this "we know best" crap has to stop.
