Why, good research, and very helpful information on an important topic.
There is a lot of misinformation on t-trades, which as you stated are trades only
made during trading hours (9:30-4:00). Many believe that t-trades always mean dilution,
and it is not always the case. Knowledge is power, well done Why.

Just where ICLDD is concerned most of the time T-trades meant dilution here. As the OS counts are not being reported on the pink sheets web site one needs to email the TA for OS counts to see if the OS is increasing...
