Well since volume was 1.1 billion yesterday Id say they slowed it down a bit today. I dont think Trump steel tax has any effect in otc land so lower volume is unexplained. Ive been in/out of LDSR and its volume slowed up as well

CEOs in the OTC don't do a share buy back when the PPS is this high. He will wait until people forget about it and then start buying them back. all he said was March. not March 1st.
