If I am not mistaken, ABVG/VTC has a marketing agreement with Vegan Smart. But don't own them. They actually brought Vegan Smart into EAT at NAU.

if they had, we'd know as they would have PR'd it. As of right now, they are just in a marketing agreement but as i mentioned in my other post a minute ago, i would not be surprised if they ended up buying them at some point.
