The avg dilution rate has been 2 million shares weekly, even before the acquisition. It has been pretty consistent.
They need more money now than before. I'm surprised the dilution has not been worse.
They are redesigning the PEMF assets to be better prepared for human clinicals. Perhaps with the preclinical of the heart and ischemia now stopped, that money is being used to prepare for the human clinicals.
