I wouldn’t rely on the fact that Yahoo Finance lists the additional shares as proof of anything. Yahoo has no way of knowing. It probably assumes the the offering was completed as announced.

My online brokers show outstanding shares at 41.2M. Only yahoo shows 51.2 million. Which one is correct? I trust the online brokers, not Yahoo.
