Songbird's certificate probably was somewhat workable last October or November but IMO any value it had is gone now. Frank Visconti, the owner of Songbird and Xtra probably finally decided he didn't need the distraction and when USGlobal didn't come up with the money, he pulled the plug. He's having enough trouble with his operating airline. Qualified Part 119 managers are in high demand and almost never work for reduced pay even for a short period.
