I'm not exactly sure what is considered a "new recommendation"
or a change in recommendation.

Do negative comments in some of his microcap and or inner circle updates qualify as changes/new reco's or is it the actual sell he put out friday ? Also what about the buy upto .14 that I think if I remember correctly he put out a couple of weeks ago.

I was assuming that the only thing that qualified as a new or changed recommendation was the sell email he put out friday.

Also my comments on the banned poster were to suggest that he was here to try to pump the price up for few days before Aug.23rd when TS's 30 day trading window closed.
