Abattoir sales haven't come down, actually. Close to $13M every quarter the past year.

$23M is not a whole lot when you are selling $13M every quarter. I think they can store it for at least 12 months when deeply frozen.

They can hold up to $100M in inventory. Not good for cash flow though ;-)
