It was the result of iHub NewsWire being dumb enough to be duped, knowing that many dozens of inactive companies do not renew their expired domain names, which allows anyone to take over. iHub NewsWire could have simply contacted CEO Denise directly to verify. If members of this board were able to find Denise's cell phone number and email address easily through Google and Facebook, iHub NewsWire could have done the same.
