P.S.-- if it wasn't clear from my previous post, whatever RCP 2&3 owns, PIOE fully 100% owns, because RCP 2&3 is fully owned by PIOE with the closing of both RCP segments' acquisition on Oct 6 and Jan 3.
So all of RCP's revenues, net earnings, cash, cash-equivalents, and tangible/intangible assets are 100% owned by PIOE.
And PIOE's 89.23M shares are 49.5% owned by the RCP principals.
It's a very interesting situation, isn't it?
