Seriously? Those shares are coming from debt converters that got them at roughly 50% of current market value, those are not shares being sold by the company for liquid cash.. Plus, even if they sold 100 million shares at .0016 the liquid cash would be $160,000, what kind of acquisition could they possibly get with that small sum..
Alex needs to come clean and let his long time faithful supporters know what the F is going on.. I have no doubt A/S will be increased and soon, the question is how much, 2b, 5b, 10b or more.. then you have the company's staunchest advocate constantly encouraging a reverse split, which anyone with half a brain knows that would be total destruction to current shareholders..
