The FINRA short sale #s prove that FUTL is currently being shorted. The fact that all of Talari's tickers are currently being shorted indicates to me there may be a bigger picture pattern of economic disruption going on here. Remember, if hemp and cannabis are legalized federally, the Koch boys et al stand to lose trillions of dollars in the next 20 years.
