Dear God, I pray you are correct in all respects. Turning down $40 share would be the dumbest thing in the history of corporate America. This management team is a fail at creating value, and left in control would dilute us to a billion shares. A $40 2018 buyout would be the great comeback for Lombardo, and 97% of shareholders would rejoice!

Great hope porn. But a more reasonable view is maybe we can get AMGN to take the keys for $10-15 a share, still a decent outcome.
