Actually you are correct. MS is not giving it to them, current shareholders are thru dilution cuz MS certainly is not hanging around as a long term investor. Registered freely salable shares is what they will get. Timmy gives put notice, MS sells discounted shares into the market, increases the float and makes money for doing nothing but a backdoor offering.
