that's silly...of course they would...first you take this down by 20 times so that you only have 34 mil shares O/S (I'm guessing that won't be enough but let's use that) it would take a stock trading at .005 and make it .10 per share with 34mil o/s.
after that reverse you'd see a 8-k that said, "due to their sacrifice and hard work"....blah, blah, blah we've decided to award them (execs) MORE shares.
with only 34mil o/s they could give the execs another 20 mil shares and then they could also raise money because of their low O/S.
That's how the OTC works, these guys have too many shares outstanding, they know it and you know it...let's see how it plays out
NOTE: IF they were honest they would tell you it could happen any time but most likely they'll tell you that "we won't do this until it get's over $0.xx" - that way you'll keep buying until it gets to the magic number. GL
