The scenario is good people were waiting on the permit and the price was sitting in the 2's for quite some time building a nice solid base. Now that we know the company is for real it's time for the uptrend to continue.

LVVV - Fought through the early churn to green even faster than I expected. Maybe that new base will form in the higher threes and lower 4s...In any case green recovery feels good.
