N has used ASAP word to avoid legal issues from 2015 - if you see his PR and decks in various presentation - he has avoided giving dates or quarters in any of them.
I have heard his presentations and he is sleek - does very confident presentation and you tend to believe what he says - but I learned that he tells things that are on border of truth and lies and He cannot be caught and cannot be sued.
So whenever he uses ASAP - you know it is not near term and you will not get any details.
