Thanks for that. I did not see that and now I know where they got that SEC link to the Form 10. It does appear that everything has been accepted by the SEC. "Qualified For QB now" In order for that statement to be true then the SEC must already have reviewed and accepted the audits. Seems everything is in order and just waiting on the 8K's.
