If they read this Board. They may be interested in "Addendum A" in a sales contract between Simon Hoyle, Garry McHenry and Sophia Newsome

Addendum A

The business will stay at all times in total control of Simon Hoyle. All monies and contracts will be the property of TORQ and Simon Hoyle. The 4.9 % ownership of shares that will be issued by DUTV will be issued in the name of Sophia Newsome. Sophia Newsome upon receiving the 4.9% of DUTV shares will deposit them into a brokerage account controlled by Simon Hoyle and only sold by Simon Hoyle.


Just may be the whereabouts of 169 Million TORQ shares...
