or in other words "sorry - the dog ate my homework" He defines "on track" simply as being able to find a lawyer to work on registering two subsidiaries - something that should not even take 5 days - nothing about ACTUAL progress and for some reason even though he PR'd an important update presentation 5 days before he effectively cancelled it, he didn't know 5 days in advance that he would be too busy in Africa to find the resources to put a presentation together.
