Ceo is suggesting we are currently a Colorado company but IMO there is definite ambiguity of material (per above) such as..Reporting, getting approval, subject to, plan to..a complete wish list. All promissory notes on hold i.e. audit, OTCQB. Hexa will not trade until an agent sponsors it and currently its non existent per exhibit A. I am not suggesting none of this will ever happen but as it exists, fancy words like the Jan 31 audit.

When will the shareholders wake up? Every post on twitter is “updates coming soon” or “updates after meeting with lawyers”, but there is NEVER an update. Do the investors not realize this? How do people keep cheering this liar? I don’t know Steve, so I can only judge his actions and not his character. Based on that, we see Steve is a liar who does not follow through on his commitments which is why this stock is DOWN 90%. please- open your eyes, people and hold the CEO accountable. Don’t believe his lies and demand some follow through.

I truly hope I’m wrong, but Steve only talks about upcoming updates and then never follows through. He’s the deadbeat dad of the OTC. Swearing he’ll show up to your baseball game, but you never see him!
