The chart also can be deceiving, you see a slope down as someone selling , that is true because every sell they're is a buy. I see the chart as someone accumulating as many shares as they can get their hands on. I keep hearing one fund bought 67 million in the fourth qtr .... did Fannie even trade that many in the 4th qtr ?
