Nope. Why would I add today when I could have added (and didn't) the last four months under .02, and been able to take advantage of the offering discount and warrants?
Truthfully, I have more than enough shares in Giggles. The only reason I'd add now is to get to a nice, even, round number -- makes it easier on the eyes in my portfolio.
I'm excited about Philip Gay. I think he's the real deal, but name and past reputation don't put breakfast on the table. He has to deliver, just like anyone else. Let's see what he can do.
What I am more interested in is what Parsi's role is going to be as "Chairman of the Board."
First question: Who else is on this board of directors?
Second question: When is Giggles going to start behaving like a real company; i.e., annual shareholder meetings, etc?
Third question: Will John Kaufman still be involved?
Still more questions than answers but one of the biggest issues I had with the company is, for now, less of a pressing issue with Parsi stepping aside.
