Lots of buys today and there was plenty of bid support throughout the trading range today.

There is absolutely no guarantee that people will have more or less profit by choosing to hold or sell and buy back.

Sellers had 2.5 hrs to break down .12 and .11 today when support was weak and didn't do so.

You can bet that any investor with any significant holding has viewed the filing. The info has been out for over 24hrs. You've got to be missing some marbles to think that someone with skin in the game looked at the share price drop today and didn't think about looking for the 'why', had they missed the filing to begin with.
