The bought deal closed today and raised $70 million. The unit price was $3.50 for a share and 1/2 warrant. The conversion price on the debentures is well over the $3.29 high. Unless I am missing something here, the current share price of $1.60 is so out of touch with the price $70 million worth of investment was willing to pay in addition to the company having over $100 million in cash. Presently, ABCCF might be the most undervalued MJ stock with a market cap of at least 100 million.
