10-Q would be 3/31/2018 likely...but i am seeing rumors of PR for tomorrow..not sure i understand where people are getting information

STGG is required to make a $1.4mm principal payment on their $81mm term loan at the end of each quarter. That increases to $2.0mm per quarter in 2019. It's all due in 2020.

That's going to be difficult for them.
