so WHO is selling all these shares?

I have followed this one now for a day or two. It's CANT selling. Now I think you have been around the OTC for a bit so you know what it means when CANT is showing 10k on the ask and is selling endlessly while the stock is going down. It's not a good thing let's just say it like this. Whether it's pure dilution or somebody has a certain package of shares (shares that are already in the O/S) is hard to say. How many he has is also hard to say. But he sure isn't looking at the price he is selling, he just goes ahead.
