The GSA contract they got back in November was for $50 billion, 5 years, with a possible performance based extension for another 5 years. Its 125 plus pages, and its on STGs website. GO and read it, instead of trying to be a message board poppin J bash tool.
That said, the STGG share price anywhere under $3 has been, and remains a
total joke given the number of outstanding shares, and only 2m float.
